IT Knowledge and Training Manager

You will be our champion for knowledge management leading the ability to gather, analyse and share knowledge to improve the effectiveness of the IMT service provision. Highly collaborative you will use your strong communication and influencing skills to build inter-team relations and shape change alongside senior stakeholders.

As the public body that champions England`s historic environment, we help people understand, value and care for a diverse range of cultural records from the stone-age to the contemporary. Joining us you will continue your own development, working alongside colleagues that believe that continuously developing their expertise is central to their success.

As a key member of the IMT department you will own, develop and promote IT knowledge management and training. Experience of delivering training to support the roll out of unified communications / telephony products would be an advantage. You will be comfortable working independently and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
