The Next Chapter

We are looking for a super organised individual to join us as a Project Manager, who will take on multiple projects and see them through their lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.

The Star

The star of this chapter is going to be you, our Project Manager. Someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved with the team to make the project a success. Our Project Manager will:

- Manage projects to ensure delivery meets agreed quality, scope, time, budget and commercial terms

- Foster a collaborative working partnership between the Aquila Heywood and customer project teams

- Work closely with the Customer Relationship Managers to ensure timely, accurate and coordinated communication with customers and key stakeholders.

- Promote the value of project management and develop project management capability within the business

To Play The Part

Our Project Manager is going to be a special kind of person. Someone who truly understands project lifecycle and knows how to put this into practise, someone who has:

- Experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

- Pension and/or finance experience

- Prince2 Practitioner qualification

- Experience of change management

- An understanding of agile principles is advantageous but not essential
