Rakuten Marketing are looking for someone with great communication skills who is passionate about technology and can demonstrate a strong interest and thought leadership in UI/UX space. You will need to value design and care deeply about the way things work. You will be open to new ideas and concepts and proactively encourage good design from others in all projects. You will have started or been involved with outside projects in the UI/UX space.

About you:

                              Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS

                              ASP.NET MVC

                              REST and WebAPI development experience

                              Ability to work in C# - 3 years+

                              Proven experience developing responsive websites

                              Passionate about technology

                              Practical development experience in: HTML5, XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX

                              Demonstrate a strong interest and thought leadership in UI/UX space

                              Proactively encourage good design from others in all projects

                              Experience working in an Agile delivery environment

                              Understanding of database technologies and interaction (i.e. SQL Server)

                              Experience with Scrum and/or other agile methodologies

                              Strong and committed experience around CI and IIS - 2 years+

                              Strong communication skills - must be able to present technical concepts clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience.
