This is a new opportunity to join a growing IT infrastructure consultancy in the heart of Manchester, where you can be part of the thriving Manchester digital/technology community.

You'll be responsible for providing great service to our customers by supporting their day to day technical operations. You'll be the main point of contact for customers, providing support for their server, network and some desktop systems. You'll co-ordinate our operations and support activities with customers, suppliers, management and other colleagues across our two offices, serving customers throughout the UK.

Our Customers' systems are critical to their businesses and you will be given a high level of autonomy to help them and to contribute to their success as well as contributing to the growth of Lucid in this exciting phase of our journey.

We approach everything with automation on our mind, so you'll be encouraged to identify opportunities to automate problems away; you'll collaborate with colleagues to actively develop solutions which continually improve technology within our own and our customers' businesses.

To join us in this role, you'll need a 2:1 or above degree in a technical or science subject, and an understanding of providing high quality service levels, ideally gained by working in a customer facing role (although that doesn't have to be in a technical role - we'll provide technical training for you).

Technical training for this role will be provided, consisting a mix of in house; vendor; and industry standard vendor-neutral development.

A driving license and access to a car is desirable, but not essential.
