For our client based in Dusseldorf we are currently looking for a SAP Performance Specialist

Volume: 40 hours per week, onsite 60 percent / remote 40 percent

Project Description:
Performance Optimization of the SAP Systems (45 productive ABAP and SAP Systems plus related development and test systems).
Task Description:
- Proactive analysis of SAP Systems (ABAP and Java Stacks) and underlying Databases (Oracle, HANA, Live Cache / MaxDB), Operation Systems (AIX and Linux) and hypervisors
- Identification of hardware bottlenecks (CPU, Memory, SAN and Network Latency and throughput) and create sizing recommendations
- Check parameters of Application, Database and Operation Systems; Create recommendations for improvements, hand over to datacenter providers and track implementation
- Identifying main workload drivers in ABAP area; Create recommendations for code improvements and hand over to application responsible; Track implementation of recommendations
- Identifying main workload drivers in SQL area; Create recommendations for SQL statement adjustments, hand over to application responsible and track implementation; Create recommendations for Index creation / adjustments and take care for implementation
Skills:
- performance tuning experience for SAP Systems and Databases
- SAP ABAP tuning experience desired
