Our Client is the independent charity that looks after some of the most iconic sites in the UK of today. They help everyone explore the story of how monarchs and people have shaped society in some of the greatest palaces ever built.

Job Role

They are now seeking a new CRM Data Analyst to build enduring relationships with their customers, getting them to 'sign up' to a relationship with us, engaging them with our client's cause and content, serving them with relevant propositions in a timely manner and growing their value and loyalty over time.

You will leverage the customer data held within their CRM, in line with the Customer Engagement Strategy, to enable the company to deliver more seamless, timely, relevant and personal customer experiences across direct customer communications and customer service touch points, ultimately driving increased customer engagement, value and tenure.

The Candidate

You will have substantial experience in data analysis and insight within a marketing environment, and experience of using statistical techniques such as customer segmentation, customer profiling, predictive modelling. A solid understanding of CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) is essential, as is excellent technical analytical experience (for example experience using SAS, Power BI, Tableau and Excel).

You will be a commercially switched-on self-starter who is adept at defining measurement frameworks and implementing and managing reporting dashboards, and who will relish the opportunity to define the role and remit for Customer Data and Insight at the company.

You must have excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to explain and educate stakeholders on the benefits and uses of data analysis techniques and to present analytical findings. Focused, resilient and great at problem solving, you will be easily able continue to find solutions and work towards goals when setbacks/ hurdles occur.

Knowledge of website and social analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics/Omniture/Facebook insights/Radian 6) would be advantageous, as would experience of working for a visitor attraction, heritage organisation or charity. A good understanding of data protection legislation, GDPR and best practice would also be highly desirable.
