Working within an experienced team, you’ll be responsible for assessing the business needs, documenting current workflows and processes, and communicating requirements and detailed plans for future online developments and system updates. These requirements will then be used by the Systems team to deliver ecommerce developments. You’ll also ensure that all aspects of these developments are working effectively, they meet requirements and continue to exceed customer and business expectations.
About the role:
Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of department and the organisation as a whole in relation to a specific project/task.
Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate the service/function/product in question.
Analyse your findings and document the requirements. These requirements will then be used by Ecommerce to deliver this development/system update.
Consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions you have made.
Produce written documentation to support your work including user stories and process workflows. Present to stakeholders when necessary.
Support eCommerce and product owners throughout the project lifecycle including assisting with testing and rollout.
Promote the benefits of the project across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern.
About you:
Hands-on experience of content management systems, understanding digital asset management and PIM capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences.
The ability to motivate others and lead change, with the ability to work cross-functionally
A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
Experience working on agile projects.
Highly motivated and hardworking with a professional attitude who is able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Microsoft Office proficient.
