As a Programme Manager at British Airways, you will become part of our journey. Whether you are involved in Programmes that focus on improving our customer proposition, developing the airport experience or relocating our colleagues to new facilities; what is certain is that you will be instrumental to the success of these critical initiatives.

As a Programme Manager, we will expect you to take full accountability for successful delivery of the Programmes in line with agreed specifications, timescales and budgets. You will resolve issues, mitigate risks and work closely with key stakeholders to manage conflict and ensure benefits are delivered. For those with a greater level of Programme Management experience, it may be possible to join us as a Senior Programme Manager, with team management responsibility and a real mandate to implement our vision of ensuring change is delivered brilliantly. With the accountability for significant strategic programmes, in a complex regulated environment- you can be sure of a challenging and rewarding career.

You possess the ability to inspire teams; engage with and influence diverse stakeholder groups and create clarity in situations that at a glance, seem incredibly ambiguous.
