We are seeking innovative and passionate Technical Project Managers to work without commercial and technical teams to continue to deliver to our Clients.

We are a technical consultancy and as such our Project Managers need to have a strong appreciation, understanding and be passionate about technology balanced with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills.

You will need to manage all the elements of delivery and work with both the technical and non-technical (operational, financial and commercial) teams.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage project artefacts: plans, RAID logs and Financials

Work with the team to mitigate risks and manage issues

Manage the day-to-day project activities

Work with the Account Owner on the Financial and Commercial aspects on the engagement

Appreciate and understand our Clients’ businesses in order to drive business opportunities

Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated delivery experience, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule.

Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates.

External consulting experience

As a Consultancy we may be require you to work both from our London Office or on Clients’ site depending on the project.

Ability to lead both small and enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings, mentoring teams of junior team members and effectively managing client escalations.

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment. -Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.

PMP/ Prince2 Certification

Agile Experience, preferably a SCRUM master

Demonstrable knowledge of LEAN and BDD as well as a passion and understanding of the various elements of the software delivery
