As for what you’ll be doing: you’ll be supporting the implementation of new Clients and Campaigns into our Volume resourcing, Senior Professional and Specialist and Assessment teams, making sure that everyone is working together super-efficiently. A key player within our Shared Services team that consists of Solution architects, System Administrators, Resource Planners, Data Analysts and CIPD qualified and dedicated Trainers.

You’ll be the organised one, taking care of project timelines, creating and updating project plans to make sure all our incredible work gets setup and implemented on time and is the best quality around. You’ll be working with a number of our high-profile clients at any given time, for as much as a few days, to several months. It could be Network Rail one week, and Lloyds Banking group or the NHS the next.

Phew. If that sounds like hard work, it’s because a lot of the time, it is. But we’re super close-knit. Working in a Prince 2 environment, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodology, We support each other and share the workload. Humour rules. We’re friendly, inclusive, and we have a lot of fun.
