Global Information Services (GIS) is establishing a shared, business outcome-led, cost effective IT service for Alere. We will measure, manage and improve the end to end value chain via a clear set of operational metrics and service levels, with a strong emphasis on driving continuous improvement and innovation across process areas and technology.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Application and Process Solution Architect to join our Business Process Optimisation (BPO) team. As part of the BPO leadership team, you will promote development and adoption of the BPO culture and values, and manage the development of the business solutions strategy and improvement of operational efficiency within the business.
You will be responsible for developing lasting, highly impactful architectural designs to meet Alere business, with support from architects and functional designers. This will include ensuring that all solutions in SAP ERP & BI, SFDC, MS Dynamics CRM, HRIS, Agile PLM and ecosystem applications integrate seamlessly and adhere to Enterprise Architecture principles, to ensure optimal solution delivery/ release, deployment and supportability.
ABOUT YOU

You must be dynamic and pro-active, with significant experience in converting business requirements into solution designs and architectures, strong process optimisation and structured improvement skills (Six Sigma, Lean etc.) in the Healthcare /Medical Devices industries, preferably in a global business environment.
You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to work consultatively with global stakeholders up to Executive level, and the drive and commitment to deliver against BPO objectives and wider business strategy.
You must be able to undertake global travel without restriction.
