My end client, a global professional services company, is seeking a FULL TIME SAP Applications Support Director to join them at their offices in Northern New Jersey. This will be a highly visible role that will be responsible for leading a team of 20+ resources.

Other Responsibilities:

*Manage a team who provides support for the Americas region and partner with multiple stakeholders to help ensure effective management of the SAP application.

*Strive to achieve operational excellence by leading IT resources both onshore and offshore that support global and internal SAP applications including SAP ECC, SAP HCM, and SAP CRM

*Lead a team consisting of twenty or more resources both onsite and offshore contractors

*Build and nurture business and IT relationships and proactively address escalated questions and concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a long-term, big picture view and develop a clear vision for the team

*Clearly express ideas and concepts verbally and in writing with an awareness of the audience, the message, and interpersonal style; ensure that information presented is unambiguous, accurate, well organized, and concise

Qualifications:

*Progressive experience in implementing SAP solutions and providing ongoing SAP application support; at least seven years of hands-on experience with the SAP ECC and CRM modules

*Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

*Demonstrable leadership and experience of implementing the CRM SAP specific module

*Ability to take end to end responsibility for initial design and related documentation both at a functional and business level

*Proven management skills to successfully perform the strategy planning, directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities including the management of a large team of resources including both onsite and offshore contractors

*Ability to travel up to twenty-five (25%) percent annually
