2nd Line Support Engineer, Cross-train into Dynamics GP, 20-25k, Excellent Career Progression, North East

I am representing a large company in the North East of England, looking to expand their support team with a new Support Engineer.

Role:

You will be required to provide 2nd line support to customers, clients and users across the internal and external business. As their Support Engineer you must have excellent customer service skills and be confident when speaking to people over the phone or in person. Additionally, you will be required to assist in user training, create documentation and provide accurate recording of all support queries that occur.

Requirements:

*Accountancy Software knowledge: Sage Line 50, Dynamics GP, SAP, Dynamics NAV, Pegasus, Access, Quickbooks

*Hardware and software support

*2nd line support skills (technical 3rd line knowledge desirable)

*Excellent understanding of Office Applications

*Excellent understanding of Windows packages including Windows 7 & 8, XP

*Full driving license (Essential)

*MS SQL Server (desirable)

*MS SharePoint (desirable)

*Dynamics CRM (desirable)
