The international renowned brand KONE, one of the global leaders in the elevator and escalator industry, is together with Red Commerce looking for a Senior Application Specialist, SAP Order Management (SD) to be based in Shanghai, China.

We are now looking for a

Senior Application Specialist, Order Management (SAP SD)

based at KONE's office in Shanghai, China.

Purpose:

At KONE they use best in class tools and processes to manage and support their businesses and people in achieving their goals. In this position you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the performance of end-to-end activities and order management systems. You will support SAP and KONE Tendering and Ordering Configuration systems. You will take part in our global projects and support the solution owners, super users and other stakeholders by training them and providing post go-live support. Some travelling is required in this position.

Responsibilities and Key Activities:

- Deliver agreed objectives on time and according to budget.

- Plan objectives with support and guidance from manager.

- Actively communicate all relevant information ensuring close collaboration in GD and with other relevant units.

- Ensure that KONE and GD policies, procedures and processes are met.

- Gather best practices to share amongst the team and other units/teams.

Skills, Education and Experience:

- 4+ year SAP SD project roll-out experience, preferably working very closely with the Sales and ordering processes in SAP.

- Experienced in full life cycle SAP SD projects.

- Hands on SAP SD configuration, customization and support experience.

- SAP PS experience is a big plus.

- Good to have knowledge of KONE New Elevator Business processes or similar business processes.

- Communication skills need to be truly excellent. Analytical skills are a big asset.

- Experience as a business user of SAP is a requirement.

- Educational background: university: Bachelor degree.

- Excellent English language skills.
