A Leading Financial Services Client are eagerly looking for bright and ambitious French & English speaking Customer Service focused individuals with an interest in developing a career within IT Support. The position will combine key customer service skills and the individual will need to have a desire to learn and develop their skills in IT.

Essential Skills:
- An accomplished Customer Service background is required
- Fluent speaking in both French and English
- Ambition to learn and develop IT/Technical Skills is required
- Experience of working within a call centre / telephony customer service environment
- Will be very customer satisfaction focused and be used to working to SLA's
The Role:
We are looking for Customer Service individuals to join us for a long and successful career. The individuals we are looking for will be from a customer service / call centre background and have the ambition to want to develop technical IT skills but remain focused to the customer satisfaction. SLA Adherence is crucial and you must be able to meet SLA's set by the Line Manager.
Another part of the role will be updating the internal systems and passing on more complex queries to more senior individuals so this individual must not be afraid to do so. Complaint handling is not normal however there can be instances where a complaint may be made so you must be able to deal with this confidently.

Shift Pattern
Given on a 3-6 month basis
Possible to swap with other team members
Early Day 7am-3pm x 2weeks
Day 8am-4pm x 2weeks
Weekend 8am-2pm x 2weeks
Early Back 12pm-8pm x 2weeks
Back 3pm-11pm x 2weeks
Night 11pm-7am x 1weeks in every 15 (This is increasing to 1 in every 18 when others come on board shortly and possibly even higher depending on numbers)Spring Technology is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
