My client has a vacancy for one Senior SAP CRM Business Analysts to work in its SAP CRM Team, based in Dublin or Kilkenny. This is a permanent position, reporting to the SAP CRM Team Lead. They operate SAP ECC6, BW, CRM, SRM and SEM across multiple locations in Ireland, UK, US and EMEA with a Business Systems user base of approximately 1,800 users. The deployment and continuous improvement of these platforms is driven by an in-house centre of excellence, comprising SAP-certified Business Analysts, together with a Customer Competency Centre, which provides SAP support to the user community.

Key Requirements:

At least FOUR year's "SAP CRM implementation / configuration" experience ESSENTIAL

SAP SD experience would be a distinct advantage

Ideally SAP Certified in CRM modules on Version 7.0.

Basic ABAP coding knowledge, while not essential would be an advantage.

Proven track record of successful projects delivery in the SAP CRM area.

Fluent English

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

SAP CRM analyst to be responsible for delivering initiatives within the CRM functional area

Working with various Business Units to establish business requirements.

Conducting requirement gathering workshops with Business Unit personnel to agree process design.

Compiling professional scoping documents for the relevant initiatives.

Developing feasible implementation plans by resource type.

Design and deliver value-added systems initiatives to drive business value.

Coordinate with the various resources to ensure a timely implementation.

Delivering progress report to the business unit and IT management teams.

Gain an understanding of the operation and functionality of the companies SAP/CRM Core Model.

Compliance with the companies documentation standards.

Implement projects and assist with support calls as and when required.

Provide SAP CRM expert knowledge across all relevant CRM functional areas to respond to business requirements.

Develop relationships with Business Unit management and Key Users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solution.

Other Requirements:

Ability to display a high degree of professionalism in dealing with business managers and users.

Commercially focused, high levels of enthusiasm and energy.

Ability to work on your own initiative.
