Business Intelligence Manager - Berkshire - Up to 60K
We are working with a leading Mid-sized Pharmaceutical company who are now looking to recruit the new position of Business Intelligence manager. Given their size, they have a large market share and strong reputation in their field.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Reporting into the Business Unit Director, this role will provide an in depth analysis of the sales environment, drive understanding of competitor share and make recommendation for strategic and profitability improvement.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To take ownership of the implementation and management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
* To partner with the Associate Director, Sales on sales force targeting and customer segmentation
* Develop and design the incentive scheme, implementation and reporting tools.
* Work closely with the Business Unit Director and Associate Director, Sales on sales force sizing and strategy recommendations
* Gather information and intelligence on NHS structure/environmental intelligence and mapping in order to utilise the information and propose options for working within the new structure
* To prepare and issue documentation on activity reporting and Return On Investment (ROI) calculations
* To work closely with Marketing and Customer Service to understand current business challenges
* To conduct all activities in accordance with the current ABPI Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry where relevant.
* To cooperate with the Company and its employees in the implementation of the Health & Safety policy and to ensure work is undertaken without risk as far as is reasonably practicable.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Expert in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
* Experience working in SAP
* In depth knowledge of a variety of CRM tools and customer databases
* Ability to calculate EPRA and ROI
* Experience in incentive scheme design
* Experience of Payer team structures and strategy
* In depth knowledge of changing NHS
* Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at director level
* Ability to prioritise and meet exacting deadlines
* Demonstration of excellent Planning & Organisation skills
