SOFTware... Software Administrator position based in Hants (not far from Basingstoke) and paying in the region of £29,550pa basic (potentially up to £29,999.99 per year basic + benefits / pension etc etc etc.
You need to be able to do all of the ADMINISTRATION work which relates to the setting-up, on-going use and SUPPORT of a heavily-used, large-scale Software Application / System.
This includes:
Administering + support of processes, strategies and workflows
Analysis of above to identify areas of concern and new opportunities
Support compliance with client SLAs
Support compliance with any official bodies
Document and centralise all information about strategies
Administering of Users
Administer system variables + dictionary items
Sone First-Line System Support
Create and maintain reports and letters
Manage flows of data between Systems
You really need:
Excel - Intermediate level
Word - Intermediate level
Basic XML and ASP experience
Basic SQL Query experience
Customer Service skills
Basic workflow experience
Computer literate
You should be:
Numerate
Analytical
Methodical
Organised
Flexible
Reliable
With the Ability to prioritise
Have a Sense of urgency
Professional
