Our client is seeking a SAP Functional Specialist based in Manchester.

SAP functional specialist providing a wide range of expertise in support and development of SAP.

The role includes primary support for a number of SAP modules, plus contributing specialist knowledge across all aspects of the applications development and support lifecycle including, but not limited to: detailed business analysis, solution design, development, configuration, unit test and implementation, creating and maintaining documentation.

The role requires specialist knowledge in these areas in order to lead pieces of work/queries that go across SAP functional areas or require a deeper functional/technical or business background.

Required Skills

The candidate will be expected to have significant and demonstrable experience in the following:

Primarily responsibility for modules:

* SAP IS_R SAP Industry Solution Retail

* SAP POS DM

* SAP PP & PPPI

* SAP EHS (PS)

* SAP APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS, GATP) - desirable not essential

(in approximate order of priority)

Specialist advice, guidance & oversight:

* SAP SD & LE

* SAP WM

* SAP FI/CO

* SAP MM/IM

* IDOCS

* Interfaces

* Batch jobs

* ABAP

* Debugging/tracing/investigating

The candidate must have demonstrable expertise in the above modules, plus significant experience of delivering SAP project technical solutions in large-scale programmes of work to tight schedules.
