Computer People are currently recruiting for a Web Developer to join our clients Digital Team, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the organisations development activities of their internet site and digital platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer (Front end) with the following technical skills:

*Strong Front End Development skills (HTML/CSS)

*Core Java / Spring / Websphere including HTML /CSS

*REST, JSON and SOAP Webservice Integration

*Javascript including (Ajax using JQuery)

Highly desirable skills include:

*Android/Java Mobile expert (mobile web apps) - highly desirable

*1 x Android/iOS Mobile expert (an all rounder)

The Web Developer will have extensive experience of digital development activities for well known and established commercial brands. You will have functional design experience in form and application design as well as marketing and promotional content. In addition you will be able to utilise previous experiences combined with an evaluative judgement to generate innovative solutions to complex problems, always considering the wider strategic business goals.

Reporting to the Digital Development Manager, the Web Developer role will offer the opportunity to take responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of the Digital Development within an area of the business.
