Experience working in a SAP user facing role

Our client is looking for a SAP experienced Business Analyst to join an existing in-house business transformation programme. They are in the process of implementing a large SAP enabled strategic initiative to transform all operational and administrative processes.

This Business/SAP Analyst will report directly to the Principal Business Analyst responsible for a process area. The Business Analyst will also play a supporting role for ensuring solutions are tested appropriately and made ready for delivery to the business and will also work closely with other stakeholders to ensure that the overall solution is fit for purpose and aligned to business needs. The SAP Business Analyst will ideally have experience of defining and designing business processes in a large scale SAP implementation, working with an implementation partner and be able to facilitate engagement from all relevant parts of the business.

SAP Business Analyst will be responsible for:

* Providing support for one of the business process streams

* Supporting the design and build of group solutions / deployments

* As part of a combined in-house and partner supported team, ensure the integration of a relevant solution across all business processes

* Identifying where one or more SAP modules can support the business process

* Identifying the configuration outcomes in SAP and other systems to support the desired change

To be considered for this role you should have:

* Deep knowledge of a range of business analysis tools and techniques

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Drive and enthusiasm along with a pragmatic and flexible approach

* An understanding of interface/integration techniques between SAP and non-SAP systems

* Experience working in a SAP user facing, configuration or support role with one or more of the following SAP modules ESS/MSS, SD, MM, HR, E-recruitment, MRS, LSO, Travel and Expenses
