The Workflow area of Application Development and Maintenance covers a platform of over 40 applications within the organisation, some of which are business critical. These applications affect thousands of users across the business both in Branch and office locations.

We are looking for a Platform Specialist work on the development and support of these key systems. Reporting to the Development and Support Manager or Senior SME, you will become a technical expert on a number of the systems within Workflow. You will have a background in a mixture of development and support and be happy to liaise with offshore partners as well as other team members in delivering solutions to business needs. By working independently or collaboratively you will make recommendations and co-ordinate/oversee an efficient and effective delivery of software solutions to meet business goals.

Your technical knowledge may include one or more of:

* Java

* Websphere/ Unix

* SQL

* Linux

Experience of Workflow applications would be an advantage including but not limited to:

* Filenet

* TMS - Task Management System

* SMD - Signature Management Database

* Bank Wizard
