SAP CRM Functional Analyst - CRM 5.2/7.0

Location: London

Contract Duration: 24 Months

Rate: Up to £405 per day

SAP CRM Functional Analyst required with CRM 5.2 and 7.0 experience, in addition the requirement will be to support the Functional Team Lead who covers our eForm solution.

The key requirements will be:

Creating and maintaining dynamic electronic forms using Adobe LiveCycle Designer (version 8 or above) with some familiarity of JavaScript code in this environment, including the ability to add simple validations to the forms in JavaScript.

The successful applicant will be part of a small team responsible for implementing business-requested changes to the organisation's growing suite of electronic forms that are integrated with SAP.

Experience required:

*Experience with the Arch Forms LifeCycle Management (FLM) SAP add-on would be ideal though not essential.

*Experience of SAP CRM Configuration:

o Code Group Profile, Code Groups, Codes

o Service Manager Profile

o Inbox Profiles

o Define Receiving eMail Addresses and Fax Numbers

*CRM 5.2/WEB IC (Interaction Centre)

o Understanding IC processes - Service Tickets, Business Partners (BP's), Interaction Records

o Email/letter template creation/changes

o Category Modeler (creating/amending Reason Codes)

o Managing functional change requests for enhancement changes relating to CRM 5.2

*CRM 7.0/WEB UI (Employee Interaction Centre)

o Email/letter template creation/changes

o Tasks

o Categorization Schema changes/amendments

o Creation/maintenance of Additional Fields (developed using SAP Application Enhancement Tool (AET) - KT will be provided)

o Managing functional change requests for enhancement changes relating to CRM 7.0

*Ability to create test scripts to ensure that full end to end process is tested for all changes requests (both Functional and Maintenance changes)

*Assisting on incident resolution as and when required.

Other Requirements:

*Proven abilities to work creatively and analytical in a problem-solving environment

*Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

*Full understanding of the SAP change and release cycle.
