SAP Project Manager - Global FMCG Organization

The role:

Montash are seeking an SAP Project Manager, reporting directly into the CIO of Europe. The role is based with a global FMCG Organization who provides health care products and services to medical practitioners around the world. The client is looking for an experience individual to provide experienced team leadership and direction to the client's permanent SAP team and third party suppliers. The individual will be acting as the trusted leader for managing the clients SAP CRM template rollout across France and Europe The individual will need to have a great grasp of understanding of all aspects of SAP Delivery and an extensive history of interaction with key stakeholders at all levels.

With this growth our client are looking to take on board proven Head of SAP talent to lead the SAP Team. This global organization has been an existing brand for over 100 years and are looking for an driven innovative individual to help them progress forward.

Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for individual who will provide direction for the core SAP team, developing and tweaking the existing SAP implementation where necessary. The individual will be required to assist and manage the future deployment of the SAP template. Day to day management of key stakeholders across business and IT will be largely necessary as it is important to the client that the candidate can manage expectations and but also deliver requirements. Strong vendor management and team leadership will be a fundamental aspect to the role as the individual will be responsible for the successful management of a high performing SAP team. Added onto this, this person will have overall responsibility for the complete IT infrastructure across France. Responsibilities include managing, hardware, networks, Servers and configurations.

Skills:

* Excellent French & English Language skills

* History of management of IT development and support teams

* Experience leading minimum of 2 end to end SAP implementations with preferred knowledge of SAP CRM or SCP

* Exposure to one or more core industries: FMCG, manufacturing or travel & transportation or Consultancy.

* Experience in working with clients at all levels, including C-level management.

* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
