This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in Project Management/Planning. Working closely with an experience Project Manager you will be given extensive exposure to Primavera 6 and senior level communication.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team responsible for implementation of Primavera 6 into a high profile and complex telecoms team.

Individuals will need to be able to demonstrate proven work experience that has given exposure to structure project environments and the processes behind them. Candidate will be assisting an experience Project Manager in a lot of the manual tasks attached to the project including gathering and communicating project changes up to Director level as well as documentation tasks attached to the work.

Due to the range of customers candidates must be proven strong communicators in both verbal and written aspects.

The close working relationship with an experienced manager will ensure they are ideally positioned for a permanent opportunities within a newly established PMO at the end of the initial 6 month period.

Key Accountabilities

* Identifies and escalates opportunities to improve customer experience

* Coordinates assigned projects from initiation through completion, using existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems

* Assists basic project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting and troubleshooting, whilst receiving instruction, guidance and direction from others

* Communicates regularly with project managers and develops strong relationships to enhance intra project and broader inter business relationships

* Assists in ensuring project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost

Role Competencies

* Strong communications skills, both written and verbal at all levels

* Aptitude for planning and understanding project dependencies to aid the maintenance of the programme plans

* Highly organised and self-motivated

* Contributes well as part of a team

* Experience of finance would be beneficial

* Highly analytical and experienced in using different sets of data to form opinion

* Adaptable skills and quick learner for software systems

* Experience of working in a Project Management Office or as part of a project team
