A UK market-leader within the Life & Pensions industry is currently recruiting for a Junior Business Analyst to join the team within a fulfilling new permanent role.

The successful Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Business Analysts with the following key responsibilities:

* Capturing, analysing and shaping of requirements

* Administrative and analytical support to business process re-engineering teams

* Attending and participating in workshops for requirements gathering or walkthrough reviews

* Production of project estimates for BA deliverables

Our client is seeking to appoint an individual who has a basic grounding in Business Analysis support duties and principles, ideally gained within the Life & Pensions/Financial Services industry.

It is essential that applicants possess solid Excel experience, in addition to a proven track record in building and managing relationships with stakeholders internally and on a third party basis.
