Business Systems Analyst : Financial / Accounting Systems : Edinburgh

Abrecco wish to recruit an experienced Business Systems Analyst on behalf of our client based in Edinburgh. Our client has recently invested in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and is keen to recruit an Analyst that will provide functional subject matter expertise on Oracle EBS, specifically around Order to Cash and Procure to Pay. You will be responsible for process improvement and will deliver the implementation of new functionality across multiple areas within the organisation. Working alongside Business Process owners and experts you will review / map current processes and contribute to the solution design and configuration of new solutions and participate in the planning and test of this functionality. There is also a support and training element to this role as well. To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Essential:

- Strong Business / Systems analysis skills

- Good understanding of accounting / financial regulations

- Functional knowledge of a Tier 1/2 ERP Accounting System

- Strong experience with Order to Cash and Procure to Pay

- Experience of accounting systems module configuration

- Experience transferring knowledge through training and coaching staff

Desirable:

- Any Oracle Application certifications

- Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12

- Previous experience with Oracle EBS Order to Cash / Procure to Pay

- Experience working with 3rd party vendors
