Head of Business Change required to join a leading Asset Manager based in London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering change management programmes within the financial services sector.

Required experience:

* Experience Heading up the Business Change function of a leading financial services organisation.

* Experience leading the strategy, change and business control agenda for a leading financial services organisation.

* Business Change Management experience.

* Experience leading and developing a large strategic change team.

* Experience proactively managing key internal and external relationships.

* Experience dealing with C level executives.

* Strong Regulatory knowledge with experience working within a highly regulated environment.

* Agile experience, with knowledge of Kanban & Scrum.

* Business Change Management experience.

* Lean management experience.

* Degree educated.

* Strong Commercial Acumen

* Excellent communications skills.

* Personable individual.
