My client is after an experience C# engineer who has some experience leading teams and projects to join there multi-national business.

They are currently moving there current WinForms focused system over to WPF, due to the depth of the WinForms application require more experts in this area. Long term they plan to be using WPF for all there client server needs.

They are an Agile development house, using the latest practises and encourage fluidity between .NET teams, allowing you work on several different types of projects.

The key skills needed are a comprehensive C# and WinForms experience.

Any experience working in WPF is advantageous, as is coming from a C++ background.

My client are most concerned with you ability to lead a team of 3 - 4 software developers, whilst taking on the project lead aspects of the role and hand on coding of applications.
