Process/Workflow Manager - London - Litigation/Legal B/G
A leading Financial Services Company, based in London, are recruiting for a Workflow /Process Manager to join the Global Litigation team, initially on a 6 Month Contract.
Location - London, Rate - £400-£500
Start Date - October/November
Contract Length - 6 Months
Overview
The role holder will have a good understanding of project management and a proven track record of process administration / workflow management within a legal or compliance environment.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SQL server.
The role holder will ensure that all project related requests are captured in the Discovery database including backfilling requests that pre-dated the implementation of the Discovery database. Therefore managing the workflow of requests; responsible for raising requests, collating data, making sure the data types are in line with the scope of the project.
Requirements.
Legal experience mandatory
Experience of supporting a legal/litigation team
Basic knowledge of litigation processes and rules pertaining to electronically stored information
Demonstrated ability to function in fast-paced environment where multiple and conflicting demands may be made at same time
Demonstrated attention to detail and organisational skills
Litigation experience in a law firm setting highly desirable
