DevOps Engineer / Systems Administrator (Linux Unix Windows Java Apache Tomcat JBoss Puppet). Market leading sports betting website is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer with strong skills in Linux and Java to join a small, talented team. You will install, configure and provide on-going support for key Middleware infrastructure for production and non-production environments.

As a DevOps Engineer you will keep up-to-date with the latest innovations and industry trends, becoming an in-house expert for a selection of key technologies and troubleshooting technically challenging issues to provide rapid service restoration. Recommending hosting and application technology for future projects, you will show consideration for the full lifecycle. Based in the City, this is a technically-driven environment that encourages innovation where you will work with a broad range of cutting edge technologies.

Requirements:

'¢ Strong Linux / Unix skills

'¢ Good understanding of Java

'¢ Experience in a Windows environment

'¢ Familiar with web servers, such as Apache, Tomcat and / or JBoss

'¢ Knowledge of Automation tools, including Puppet and Shell scripting

'¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
