IT Trainer

A successful IT training company are looking for an IT Trainer to enable their various corporate clients to improve their adoption process using their current or new technologies.

They will be looking for self-motivated IT trainers with high energy and motivation to fulfil this exciting and challenging role. Applicants must be great communicators, have the ability to manage projects, have created courses and excellent documentation, and have a desire to use their flexibility and enthusiasm to;

~Work alone or as part of a team delivering personalised training solutions on client sites

~Create training strategies and plans

~Develop customised documentation

~Develop professional bespoke training materials including e-learning

~Provide the end to end training solution for IT projects - this may also include some end user communications

~Manage client relationships

Key Skills:

~Good working knowledge of Windows 7

~Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003 and 2010 applications

~Ability to create training materials in a variety of formats including MS Word and PowerPoint

~Excellent standard of written communications

~Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

~Have the ability to learn new applications and processes quickly

~Able to facilitate and deliver hands on training

~A team player who works well within team environments but who is motivated and self sufficient

~to work independently

~Flexibility to adapt to changing roles and requirements dependant on the client and

~Kaleidoscope, which might include different work site locations and hours of work

Additional skills preferred:

~Industry standard qualification such as MOUS, TAP

~Adobe Captivate experience

~Live Meeting experience

~Knowledge of SharePoint 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013

~MS Communicator/Lync experience

~VC technology training experience
