Our business is geared for growth and we are now looking to bring in enthusiastic and committed operations professionals to provide support to our wide range of clients and candidates across the UK who use our industry leading in-house applicant tracking system ' Engage ATS.

Our office-based Operations/Account Executives are the vital first line of support to clients and candidates. In addition to providing high quality support, you will also be responsible for ensuring the client systems are configured and maintained correctly and for the production of training materials for new clients. You will also support new releases of functional upgrades by testing the changes before they are released to our clients.

You will ideally know about recruitment processes and technologies, be an ambitious, pro-active and motivated team player with proven experience of providing support. With a clear understanding of customer support you will be able to demonstrate good, clear, spoken and written English, excellent interpersonal skills and an exceptionally positive attitude to your work. Knowledge and/or experience in this sector will be an advantage but just as important will be your ability to quickly become familiar with the Engage ATS system and ensure the support you are providing to clients and candidates is highly effective.

2. Tasks and Responsibilities

Client Support

Supporting the Account Managers and Directors in their client facing roles, you will be the first point of contact for client queries, making your role pivotal in providing excellent client services at all times. You will have a portfolio of clients to support and will build strong relationships with each one to ensure you are able to support them as best as possible.

Candidate Support

Managing candidate technical queries, escalating, where applicable to the Account Manager or client.

New Site Configuration

You will be responsible for assisting with the configuration of new Engage ATS sites, and will assist in the production of training material for new clients.

Testing

You will support the release of functional upgrades through functional testing, and regression testing.
