My client is a leading market company based in Central London. They are currently recruiting for a strong 2nd Line Support Engineer with demonstrable commercial experience. The client would like to interview immediately; therefore please send CVs as soon as possible.
Role Responsibilities / Requirements
·Mainly working as a part of the London Region Operations Team of 5. Users total around 500 in two main sites in Central London
* Assisting as necessary with IT/Communications elements of forthcoming major office move within the main London Offices
* Assist with issue of new PCs, building with Microsoft SCCM and customizing with user settings
* Troubleshooting and solution finding general networked PC hardware and application issues, installation, upgrades, data storage and security
* Microsoft O/S and Office Application support
* Also supporting MFDs (Ricoh)/Printers (HP)/ Scanners / Digital Cameras / Inventory
* Basic support of a Cisco VoIP phone system as well as mobile phones and Blackberry/Smart Phone devices
* Face-to face contact with users is expected but there will be some use of telephone and remote control tools
