Job Title:                            Graduate Analysts - Product & Customer Insight

Location:                            Edinburgh          

Salary:                                up to £25,000+ benefits & bonus

Using the skills you gained at university, you will perform analysis on products such as credit cards, loans, and savings in order to support the delivery of volume and P&L targets. You will also analyse customer portfolio trends, past campaigns and product performance to provide insight and make recommendations / improvements to the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Help support the commercial manager to provide analytical advice and recommendations to the business, using your own judgement when more complex issues require escalation.

- Work closely with Credit Risk to support development of propositions that balance risk / reward.

- Using SAS / SQL to analyse previous product performance to derive appropriate assumptions for future forecasting.

Key Requirements

- Strong numerical degree at 2:1 or above with excellent A levels including mathematics at Grade A

- Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts.

- You will have the ability to drive insight through analysis using SAS and / or SQL - full training will be provided.
