Project Co-ordinator - Telecoms

Location: M4 Corridor (Bath / Swindon / Chippenham)

Experience: Telecom Co-ordination / Provisioning

Salary £22,000 - £24,000

Our client is a leading Telecommunication company. Due to growth they now seek an experience Project Co-ordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of Project Co-ordination within a Telecoms company. This role is office based in commuting distance of Bath, Swindon, Chippenham, North Bristol (M4) and surrounding area.

The ideal candidate will have gained Provisioning, Billing or Network Services experience working for a Telecoms company. Telecoms industry and product knowledge of provisioning/and an understanding of Mobiles, lines & calls/Data Circuits & DSL/SIP & Inbound services etc would be ideal.

Role Summary

*Provisioning all the companies Network Services products, coordinating various aspects of an order to ensure that services are live at relevant stages throughout the lifecycle of the project. Ensuring the customer is updated on progress at all times, and that the company billing platform is updated with the correct charges

*Assisting with the monthly bill run and all associated duties

*2nd line telephone answering service all queries relating to the company's Network services.

Key Responsibilities and main tasks and activities:

*Processing Connectivity of all company Network Services products, ensuring the customer is updated on our progress at all times. Main products include Mobiles, CPS/IDA, Line Rental/Installations, Data Circuit/MPLS, Broadband (DSL), Inbound services, SIP etc.

Tasks involved in processing are as follows;

*Placing orders with relevant providers/carriers.

*Full notes to be kept on the details and progress of each order, via our CRM.

*Dealing promptly with any rejected/delayed orders.

*Instructing customers/maintainers of order progression and engineer site visits.

*Coordinating various aspects of an order to ensure that services are live at relevant stages throughout the lifecycle of the project.

*Ensuring orders are made live within the relevant SLAs.

*Updating the billing platform once a connection is live with accuracy and timeliness.

*At all times going to extreme lengths to ensure an excellent customer experience.

*Providing a 2nd line telephone answering service, dealing with all queries relating to company Network services.

*Referring any queries if necessary to the relevant team/member of staff and updating the customer promptly.

*Billing Duties - daily/weekly/monthly reports relating to Network Services. Reconciliation. Producing monthly customer invoices.

*Regular analysis of billing data, plus daily reports relating to Network services. This is to ensure that customers are connected correctly and to recognise any customers' whose billing has dropped. In this event, it is important to ascertain if is due to a company error and rectify quickly.

*Regular analysis of billing data for Sales support.

*To recognise and remain vigilant of any customers' showing any sign of leaving the company for any services. In the event of recognising such a case, inform Service Delivery Manager immediately.

*General administration duties within the department (filing, printing, posting letters etc.)

*At all times keeping in mind the profitability of the company and if in doubt liaising with the Service Delivery Manager.

*Whenever contact is made with a customer, to be aware of any Sales opportunities and where they occur inform the Sales team.
