Education/Training Consultant

My client based just outside of Edinburgh is looking to recruit a contract Education/Training consultant to join their growing team. Based on specific projects, you may be required to travel to client sites within the UK and abroad.

Key tasks and responsibilities

* Project management and execution of project-focused Training deliverables

* Able to consultant and advise clients during Analysis and Design phases

* Experienced in the creation of high quality training materials during the Development phase and working in liaison with internal design and multimedia team to support creation of deliverables

* Capable of delivering a high standard of Training and / or Train the Trainer sessions to clients

* Build storyline, articulate and captivate

Skills needed:

* Demonstrable experience in a Training role

* Instructional Design Skills alongside experience of building storyline, articulate and captivate

* General Project Management experience

* Highly IT literate

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Also beneficial:

* IT Service Management and / or ITIL experience

* IT Service Management Tools experience (Service Now, Remedy, HP Service Manager)

* E-Learning design and development experience
