A leading provider of Telecoms and IT managed services is seeking a Portfolio Manager who is able to drive, develop and proposition suitable data centre to customer requirements and needs

Developing a comprehensive understanding of the international market of Data Centres, including customer behaviour and competitor strategies and apply these to build a great customer experience
Designing, developing and delivering continuous improvements in order with significant differentiation in value proposition, resulting in a competitive advantage
Ensuring that propositions are subject to quantitative and qualitative customer testing to inform ongoing proposition development
Working in partnership with Asset management specialists, Marketing and Sales to build solid financial cases and ensure a robust solution design
Working with Sales and Marketing, to ensure the best propositions for our sales channels to maximise profitable revenues
Engaging with senior stakeholders across the organization to drive and manage the road map for the propositions
skills required:
Planning, budgeting and experience design
Strong commercial focus balanced with a solid financial understanding
Balance of sales / technical / marketing expertise overlaid with recent product management experience
Depth of understanding of the Data Centre Services / Managed IT marketplace in Europe, with particular focus on datacentre annuity services (outsourcing, hosting, transformation)
Track record of developing new market propositions, through a structured product management process, and creating compelling go-to-market strategies
Creative, innovative thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills
An understanding of ITIL-based IT Services delivery models, including full remote management and use of XaaS & automation technologies
Customer focus and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable plan
Ability to work independently as well as within a larger team, delivering real-world results to specific project deadlines and requirements
