Business Analyst : ERP : 3 Months Contract : Edinburgh : Market rates

Abrecco wish to recruit, on behalf of our client, a Business Analyst with experience of working with ERP and CRM Systems. The successful applicant will have experience of working in a technology environment with responsibility for the analysis, specification and deployment of complex technical solutions in line with customers needs. To be considered for this role you should possess the following skills and experience:

Essential:

- Experienced IT Business Analyst

- Strong customer facing and communications skills

- Previous experience of working with ERP systems in an ecommerce / order fulfilment environment

- Experience of customer relationship management

- Knowledge of Web Services architecture

Desirable:

- Previous experience with CRM Systems

- Previous experience of ERP within call centre environments

- Industry recognised accreditation (ISEB etc.)
