Sharepoint Developer

Central Glasgow

3 Months Initially

Upto £250- £350 p/day

I have an urgent requirement for a Sharepoint Developer to join my Central Glasgow based client on an initial 3 month contract as they are developing more of their products further.

My client has developed an ad-hoc collection of SharePoint instances developed independently and are now looking for a senior Sharepoint developer to join them to implement the company's strategy to fully utilising the potential for the Sharepoint integration with other services.

The client is upgrading to Sharpoint 2013 early next year.

The end goal for the client is to have a fully integrated and functional SharePoint 2013 environment with a group strategy encompassing the requirements of both the IS and Communications Team.

Your Responsibilities;

* To review and analyse our current environment.

* To produce an upgrade strategy incorporating governance, stakeholder requirements, hardware/virtualization recommendations, AD/Exchange integration and provide guidance and recommendations

* To produce a Tender document we utilise to invite external companies to bid for the work

Ideally you will implement the strategy for the initial contract and then there is potential to extend the contract to actually implement the new Sharepoint system in-house.

As the successful Sharepoint consultant you will have technical expertise in;

* Sharepoint 2010/2013

* C#.NET framework

* Web development experience; ASP.NET MVC (3 ideally), JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS

* SQL SERVER

If you are coming available ideally immediately then please forward your most recent CV ASAP for consideration.
