Our client is looking for an experienced Support Desk Analyst to join their team in Glasgow for an initial 3 month contract.
Essential Requirements:
* Incident, Problem and Change analysis experience
* ITIL Certified
* Good communication skills
* Administrative skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Strong Support experience
Job Description: Key responsibilities of the role will include; Incident/Request monitoring via QC, Recording all Incident/Requests in QC, classify and prioritise Incident/Requests received in QC, refer KEDB and provide the fix, own and coordinate the incidents/request with support groups, create and maintain communication with user, environment coordinator and owner and updating KEDB.
