Experis Scotland are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a growing contracts team based in the heart of Edinburgh. Working directly with the Regional Sales manager, Experis are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are looking for a rewarding and exciting career in recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be at graduate level with ideally some sales experience (but not essential)
The role will involve:
* Identifying businesses to generate new and build lasting relationships.
* Identifying the best IT professional on the Scottish market and supplying them to Scottish Businesses
* Candidate Qualification, interview briefing and debriefing
* Face to face meetings with both clients and candidates
Experis Scotland are seeking individuals who are willing to give 100% to success in the role and life, the role of trainee recruitment consultant will be challenging but offers great rewards;

* On target first financial year earnings £30k +raising up to £45k+ in year 2, year 3 £60k+
