Twilight Desk Team Leader : Microsoft / ITIL - Perm : Glasgow : up to 35k

Abrecco wish to recruit, on behalf of our Scottish based client, an experienced hands-on Service Desk Team lead to manage the 3pm - 11pm twilight team responsible for end to end resolution of IT support issues. You will be responsible for ensuring group standards and processes are adhered to, managing supplier relationships, and liaising both internally and externally to ensure agreed KPI?s and SLA?s are met. You will have a demonstrable track record of leading service delivery teams while maintaining a technical hands-on element to your role to provide additional support when needed. To be considered for this position you will have:

Essential:

- Flexibility to working 3pm - 11pm shift and additional hours as required

- Proven experience leading service delivery teams.

- Familiar with ITIL standards for Incident and Change management.

- Strong communication skills

- Technical hands-on experience with MS Exchange / Office

- Technical hands-on experience with Active Directory / LAN / WAN / Desktop / Server

- Full driving licence with flexibility to travel within the role.
