Company & Project:

A highly reputable international contractor is seeking an expert Project Manager to join a team as part of a prestigious project worth over £200m in value. This project is one of the biggest in London and is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

This particular client has a brilliant reputation across a range of sectors but predominantly Commercial, Education and Healthcare projects, traditionally up to the value of £500m.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will take ownership for all aspects of project management overseeing the project through the full life cycle from Pre Construction to Final handover.

To be considered, you will need a proven record of delivering schemes similar up to the value of £100m. You will need to be able to demonstrate a variety of skills including managing the client specification cost, build programme and defects on a project.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 10 years UK experience in Project Management roles for recognised main contractors.

* Proven track record of successfully delivering schemes up to £100m.

* Previous knowledge in pre-construction including tender preparation, interviews and submissions.

* Wide range of sector experience in new build and refurbishment work.

* Degree in Construction management or equivalent is preferable.

* Previous roles: Project Manager OR Senior Construction Manager OR Senior Site Manager.
