Company & Project

Our client, established 60 years ago, are a market leading sub-contractor working on an entirely unique level. They are widely recognised by many as front runners in the building and civil engineering industry. Due to a recent project win, and the ever growing need for planning staff, they currently have an opportunity for a Planning Manager to work on a £60m water framework in the London area.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning process to ensure the most cost effective and achievable construction programme is produced and then implemented on site. Also, the Planning Manager will provide input for tenders to ensure bid programmes are both realistic and cost effective. They will be tasked with the management of a small team of planners, who will assist in the delivery of this framework

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of Primareva P6

- Significant experience in a similar role would be preferred

- 10 years' experience in the construction industry

- Degree qualified would be a benefit

Remuneration

Salary up to £60k plus benefits:

£6,000 PA car allowance, Fuel card, 25 days holiday, pension contributions and health benefits.
