Abrecco wish to recruit, on behalf of our client, a contract Geoscience Data Manager / Application Support Analyst on a 12 month basis to join an international market-leading company based in Edinburgh. The successful applicant will have experience with a range of data types used within the E&P industry and have some experience supporting specialist applications and including; Geoframe, Paradigm, Petrel, Petrosys etc. as well as more generic IT systems support. To be considered for this role you will have the following:
Essential:
Commercial experience providing geotechnical application support
Experience with a range of E&P data types.
Experience with Linux and Windows systems support
Pro-active approach to data quality / management
Experience of providing user support across a broad range of specialist applications
Desirable:
Degree or similar in Geoscience / IT
