As E-Learning Team Leader, you will be a proactive and motivated individual, leading the in-house E-Learning projects. Your role will focus on developing online courses for the Northgate Housing system, various other IS systems and a variety of soft skills courses as required. You will also oversee the Learning Manager System, manage and develop its variety of reports and stay abreast of updates. Staff supervision for one member of staff will also be part of this role.
To be successful you must have vast knowledge of the Northgate V5 system, working within a social housing environment, as well as developing e-learning, training materials or similar. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential as you will work closely with staff both within the IS department and across the Group, as well as managing the vast existing library of E-Learning courses. Ideally, you will have already provided support to users of the Northgate system. You must be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm for working with new technologies and IS training.
This role will be based in Hertford for the first three months in order to enable the current E-Learning team to complete hand over and training. All travel and accommodation will be paid for.
