My client, based in London, is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a team of project managers and business analysts.

As a Programme Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a programme of business change in support of specific business strategies and objectives. You will:

- Business facing (not anyone from IT or with an IT background)

- Lead the change projecy to meet the business requirements to the agreed prioritisation, timescales, resources, cost and quality, in accordance with company standards and methods to achieve the desired business outcome.

- Own the planning and execution of the Programme by bringing together the information on projects to deliver all aspects of change including process, people and technology.

- You will develop effective relationships with colleagues at all levels, as well as establishing effective relationships with 3rd party suppliers, closely managing and controlling performance to quality, budget and timescales.

Competences:

* Experience in the retail sector and telecomms is essential.

* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

* Stakeholder Management.

* Active listening skills.

* Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.

* Ability to influence others and move them toward a common vision or goal.

* Merchandise and Planning experience preferred

* Change management experience preferred

* Multinational Specialist

* Educated to degree level from a leading University.
