Abrecco wish to recruit an experience Infrastructure Support Analyst on behalf of our well established client in Edinburgh. Working as part of a larger support team you will provide 2nd line support to users across the business including supporting Windows Operating systems, Active Directory, Outlook / Exchange Server, Networking technologies, and VMware. To be considered for this role you must be a confident Analyst with the ability to work on your own initiative and possess the following skills:

Essential:

- Experience supporting Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory and Exchange / Outlook

- Experience with networking technology (including WAN / LAN / Wi-Fi / Security)

- VMware / VMWare View

- Enterprise Storage technologies

- UNIX / Linux

- Backup and recovery systems and procedures

Desirable:

- A HND / Degree in computing

- Experience gained within an enterprise level environment

- MCP / MCSE accreditation

- CCNA / CCNP accreditation
