We are currently partnering with a leading Dublin based telecoms company and are looking for Ireland's strongest Automation Testing specialists. This American Powerhouse are setting up a new Centre of Excellence so you will have the opportunity to build your own team from scratch. The successful candidate will grow the team and manage up to 10 engineers and be responsible for software and system testing. The team will be based in the R&D office, a center of excellence for Linux, and will work closely with the core Embedded Linux software development teams in Dublin as well as QA and development teams in the US, Europe and Asia.
The Job Role
Hiring, leading, coaching and representing the team Responsibility for the QA organization's deliverables Responsible for the overall product quality Managing project schedules Responsible for test plans, documentation and results Leading the development of automated tests Responsible for development/deployment of test automation, processes and tools Responsibility for managing the team's performance, budget and resource What You Need
10 years working in Unix/Linux environments 5+ years focusing on QA Management Experience Experience with the development and deployment of automated testing solutions Programming/Scripting (C/C++, Python etc) Agile Software Development experience Salary
On offer is a basic salary up to €100,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Share Options
